Get ready to push your limits and transform your fitness in just three days! Our bootcamp is designed to challenge participants of all fitness levels with a variety of intense workouts and team challenges.

Daily Activities

Each session will be a combination of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), team relays, combat fitness, and physical fitness. Expect a mix of challenging exercises and fun, engaging activities designed to test and improve your fitness levels.
