How Does Weight Loss Work & What Steps Should You Take?

One of the questions I'm asked most is how does weight loss work, and what steps should you take to effectively lose weight in a safe way? It's normal to feel overwhelmed by all of the conflicting information and advice out there. In this blog post, i'll cover the basics of weight loss, so that you can understand how it works and make informed decisions about your health.

Weight loss occurs when your body does not get enough calories from food to meet its energy needs. This means that for effective weight loss, one must consume fewer calories than what their body needs.
